At FlyVertical, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our services and products.
All cancellation and refund requests must be made through official communication channels — via email to [support@flyvertical.in] or through your account dashboard (if applicable).
Refund eligibility and timelines vary depending on the type of service booked.
2. Service-Specific Cancellation Rules

A. Training or Workshop Bookings
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund (minus any applicable transaction fees).
Cancellations made 3–6 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date are non-refundable.
In case of no-shows, the booking will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.
B. Drone Rental / Flight Experience Bookings
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for an 80% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
If the booking is canceled by FlyVertical due to technical or weather-related issues, you will be offered a full refund or free rescheduling, at your choice.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of eligibility.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Transaction or gateway fees (typically 2–3%) are non-refundable unless the cancellation was initiated by FlyVertical.
4. Force Majeure
If services are delayed, interrupted, or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, government restrictions, or natural disasters), FlyVertical will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or issue partial refunds at its discretion.
5. Changes or Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule a booking at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by FlyVertical.
Only one rescheduling request is allowed per booking.
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following items are non-refundable once booked:
Digital or downloadable content
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Customized drone or training packages
